Daggs

Terms of Service

Last updated October 25, 2026

These terms apply to your use of Daggs: the website daggs.xyz, the Daggs Android app and the Daggs MCP server (together, "Daggs"). By using Daggs you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Daggs.

What Daggs is

Daggs is an interface that compares swap and bridge routes from third-party providers (LI.FI, Relay, NEAR Intents, Mayan, Jupiter and Titan) and prepares transactions for you to sign in your own wallet. Daggs is non-custodial: we never hold your funds, keys or seed phrase, and we can't move, freeze, reverse or recover any transaction.

Who can use Daggs

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You must not be on a sanctions list (such as those kept by the US, EU, UK or UN) or in a country or region under comprehensive sanctions, and you must not use Daggs on behalf of anyone who is.
  • You are responsible for making sure that using Daggs, and the tokens you trade, is legal where you are.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your wallet, keys and devices secure.
  • Check every transaction before you sign it, especially the tokens, amounts, chains and recipient address. Blockchain transactions are final; tokens sent to a wrong address or chain are usually lost.
  • Don't use Daggs for anything illegal (including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or market manipulation), with funds you don't have the right to use, or in a way that disrupts or overloads the service.

Quotes, routes and providers

Quotes are estimates. The amount you receive and how long a transfer takes depend on market prices, slippage, network fees and the provider that carries out the route, and may differ from the quote. Swaps and bridges are executed by third-party providers and blockchains that we don't control. A provider may delay, partially fill or refund a transfer under its own terms. Daggs shows the status these providers report but can't guarantee any outcome.

Fees

Daggs charges a service fee: a small percentage of the amount you swap, collected by the provider as part of the transaction. It is included in the fees and total cost shown on the review screen before you sign. Providers and networks charge their own fees too, also shown before you sign where they are known.

No advice

Nothing on Daggs is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Digital assets are volatile and can lose all their value. You decide what to trade and bear the risk of doing so.

Availability and changes

Daggs is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, limit or stop any part of Daggs, including the supported tokens, chains and providers, at any time. We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use Daggs means you accept the update.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Daggs and the people behind it are not liable for any loss of funds, profits or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of Daggs, from third-party providers, wallets or blockchains, or from errors, delays or outages. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the service fees you paid Daggs in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
