Daggs

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about Daggs. For the full picture, read the docs.

Basics

What is Daggs?

A non-custodial swap and bridge. Daggs asks LI.FI, Relay, Mayan, NEAR Intents, Jupiter and Titan for routes at once, ranks them by what you receive, what it costs and how long it takes, and you sign the one you pick in your own wallet.

Do I need an account?

No. There's no sign-up, email or API key. Connect a wallet and trade; your wallet is your identity.

Which chains are supported?

Ethereum and dozens of EVM chains (Arbitrum, Base, BNB Chain, Optimism, Polygon and more), Solana, and native Bitcoin in both directions. Swap on one chain or bridge between any of them.

Which wallets can I use?

Any browser EVM wallet (MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase, OKX, …), any Solana Wallet Standard wallet (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, …) and Bitcoin wallets (Phantom, Xverse, UniSat, OKX). On a phone, use your wallet app's browser, WalletConnect, or Mobile Wallet Adapter on Android.

Which routers and bridges does Daggs use?

LI.FI, Relay, Mayan, NEAR Intents, Jupiter and Titan. LI.FI in turn reaches many bridges and DEXs. Each provider executes the trades it quotes, under its own terms.

Fees

What fees does Daggs charge?

A small service fee: a percentage of the trade that gets lower as trades get bigger. It's collected inside the same transaction and already counted in the amount you receive. Network gas and provider fees are separate. Everything is on the review panel before you sign.

Is the % next to the swap form a fee?

No, that's your max slippage (0.5% by default): how far the price may move before the trade reverts. You only lose it if the price actually moves.

Why did I receive a bit less than quoted?

Prices move between the quote and execution. You'll never get less than the Min. received shown on the review panel: if the trade would pay less, it reverts instead.

Safety

Do you hold my funds?

No. Tokens go from your wallet straight to the provider and out to the recipient. Daggs only prepares unsigned transactions; it never has your keys and can't sign for you.

Is it safe to approve a token?

Daggs only asks for an approval when your allowance is too low, and only for the amount of this trade, never unlimited. Check the amount in your wallet before confirming.

Someone from Daggs asked for my seed phrase. What do I do?

Ignore them: it's a scam. Daggs never asks for a seed phrase or private key, and never DMs you first. Official support is only support@daggs.xyz and @daggsxyz on X.

Transfers

How long does a bridge take?

Most bridges finish in seconds to a few minutes; each route shows its estimate. Routes that start on Bitcoin wait for a block, about 10 minutes.

My transfer says “Still in transit”. Is it lost?

Almost certainly not. Daggs shows that after three times the quoted time (at least 30 minutes) and keeps tracking next time you open the site. If it hasn't arrived after a few hours, email support@daggs.xyz with the transaction hash.

What happens if a transfer fails?

If a transaction reverts, nothing is swapped, but the network keeps the gas. If a bridge can't deliver, the provider refunds under its own terms, usually to your address on the source chain.

Can I cancel a transaction?

Not once it's confirmed on chain. Blockchain transactions are final, so check the tokens, amount and recipient before you sign.

Can I send the tokens to another address?

Yes. Paste any address on the destination chain in the Recipient field. Daggs checks the format, but can't tell who owns it, so double-check.

I have no gas on the chain I'm bridging to.

Pick the chain's native token as the output (ETH, SOL, …): many routes deliver it directly. The destination side of a bridge is paid by the provider.

XP and referrals

What is XP?

Points your wallet earns on every completed swap or bridge, plus small quest bonuses. XP isn't a token and has no cash value.

How do referrals work?

From level 2, your XP page has a referral link. Wallets whose first trade comes through it are yours for good, and you earn 5–15% of the XP their trades earn, on top of theirs.

Developers and agents

Is there an API?

Yes, public and free, no API key: quote, build and track trades over REST, rate-limited per IP.

Can AI agents use Daggs?

Yes. Add the MCP server at daggs.xyz/mcp to Claude, Cursor or any MCP client. Agents get a link for you to review and sign, or build transactions for their own wallet.

Still have a question?

For a stuck transfer, include the transaction hash.
